    How to receive what you bought
    1. Receiving directly
    If you get in touch with us in advance, you can collect it at our store without waiting.
    2. Shipment ( Domestic )
    We ship our items by Yu-Pack or Seino- delivery system.
    3. Shipment(International)
    We ship our items by EMS（Express Mailing Service）.

    ・we have received your order (if your payment method is bank transfer or PayPal, it is after we confirm your payment).

    1．Payment amount is less than 50,000yen
    A delivery fee of 1,000 yen , including packing charge and tax , will be charged.

    2．Payment amount is more than 50,000yen
    Free shipping.
    Shipment(International)
    We inform you of delivery rates after we estimate it.

    About Returns
    1.In general, returns are not accepted at the customers' convenience.
    2. If the item was damaged or different from what was ordered , we accept returns and are responsible for all return shipping fees.
    All return requests must be made by email , fax or phone within 8 days of the receipt of the item.
